Website purpose
The website presents engineering services, experience, products, technical supply and Advisory services and allows users to build product request lists and submit enquiries.
Product information and quotations
The public catalog provides product descriptions, technical data and indicative availability without publishing product prices. Commercial prices, taxes, delivery charges, payment terms and delivery/performance information are provided in an individual quotation or order confirmation before the customer is bound. Manufacturer or approved supplier data prevails where incorporated into the quotation or order confirmation.
Quotation and order formation
Adding products to the quotation list or contacting Voltavia through WhatsApp or email is not itself a purchase order. A binding sale is formed only after commercial terms are agreed and Voltavia accepts or confirms the order, subject to stock, supplier, payment and delivery verification.
Engineering and Advisory services
Website content is general information and does not replace a signed scope, technical specification, design-responsibility matrix or regulated professional advice. Advisory applications do not guarantee acceptance or any legal, immigration, tax or investment outcome.
Consumer rights
Where EU consumer law applies to a distance contract, mandatory pre-contract information, conformity remedies, withdrawal rights and other statutory protections remain unaffected by these terms.
Business customers
Certain rights apply only to consumers. B2B project supply, engineering work and procurement may be governed by separately agreed commercial terms.
Intellectual property and uploads
Voltavia branding, original site design and original content are protected. You must have the right to share drawings, photographs, files, trademarks or other materials you upload.
Liability and governing rules
Nothing excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law. Project-specific liability, warranty, law and jurisdiction are governed by the relevant contract and mandatory rules applicable to the customer.
