Delivery, Returns & Withdrawal
Standard information for EU distance contracts where the customer qualifies as a consumer.
14-day withdrawal principle
Subject to statutory exceptions, an EU consumer generally has 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. For goods the period normally runs from receipt; for services it normally runs from contract conclusion.
How to withdraw
Send an unequivocal statement to info@voltavia.eu identifying the order, your name and your decision to withdraw. You can also use the online withdrawal function below.
Returns and costs
After a valid withdrawal for goods, return instructions and the return address will be provided. Unless Voltavia has agreed otherwise or mandatory law requires it, the consumer may bear direct return costs. Goods should be handled only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Refunds
Where withdrawal applies, refunds are made in accordance with mandatory law, normally through the same payment method unless otherwise agreed. Lawful deductions may apply for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary.
Services begun during the withdrawal period
If a consumer expressly requests a paid service to begin during the withdrawal period, a proportionate amount may be due for service already supplied. The right can be lost for fully performed services only where the legal conditions and required acknowledgements are satisfied.
Common exceptions
The statutory withdrawal right can be excluded or limited for categories defined by law, including certain made-to-order or clearly personalised goods and other legally specified exceptions.
Non-conforming goods and legal guarantee
Withdrawal rights are separate from mandatory conformity and legal-guarantee rights. Contact Voltavia promptly if goods are damaged, incorrect or non-conforming.
Delivery
Delivery area, carrier, estimated timing and charges are confirmed before or during order acceptance. B2B project supply may follow separately agreed delivery or Incoterms arrangements.
